Each garment is made to measure, according to your height and body size. Handcrafted with love and attention to detail, just for you. Processing time varies from 2 to 14 days. To request precise processing time please contact our team via email:  info@kafemme.com

Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. We ship by Lithuanian Post priority shipping and provide a tracking number.  Delivery time varies depending on the destination country. We can not guarantee delivery by a certain date with standard international shipping.

Dear Canadian customers, we can serve you only if you upgrade to express shipping. We do not do standard shipping to Canada.

Express Shipping

We can ship the parcel with express shipping, costs must be covered by the customer. Costs vary depending on the destination country. Please contact us to receive a precise quote for your location and the delivery estimate. 

Express shipping to the United States and Canada costs 68 USD.

Returns, Cancellations, Exchanges 

Each KÂfemme garment is made-to-measure just for you according to your body measures and height, therefore we ensure a great fit. At KÂfemme we are confident about the quality and beauty of garments produced. If you believe there is a problem with the received garment, please contact us and we will find a solution.

The garment can be returned if...

1. The original tag that the garment came with is not removed.

2. The garment is returned in original packaging.

3. The garment is unworn.

Please note - fully customized garments (color switch, lace color switch, sizes above 2XL, major changes to the design) and garments in pure silk are non-returnable. 

Inform us about the return, and reason for return by email info@kafemme.com within 2 business days after item reception. The garment must be shipped back within 4 business days after the reception. The postal service fees are covered by the customer. 

Cancellations requested within 1 business day after the purchase are accepted at no charge. 

Cancellations requested after the 1 business day timeframe are accepted at a charge, the customer will be refunded 80% of the order amount paid. Example: The customer places an order for 500 EUR and requests a cancelation three days after the purchase. We accept the cancellation and refund 400 EUR.

Cancellations requested 4 days after the purchase are not accepted.

Custom Duties

The customer is fully responsible for customs duties. We do not provide information about the rules and regulations in your country.
